"Silicon for Gold" is a net art piece exploring the colonisation of the internet in the late nineties. The piece draws inspiration from Olia Lialina's "Agatha Appears", 1997 and John Perry Barlow's "A Declaration of the Independence of Cyberspace", 1996.
The piece was coded using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
